a shop or by doing their shopping for them. You will save time: no need to look for the right shop in an unknown city,
and if you shop together the personal shopper will help you pick the item that is just right for you. In both cases,
you take advantage of the personal shopper’s experience and skills, its perfect knowledge of the city and its shops.
The personal shopper will make your life easier and will save you time.

What are your services?
Ishopforyou.fr is a « Personal Shopping » company that provides two services:
I Shop With You, personnalized and guided shopping tours and I Shop For You a shopping service
where we shop for you.

What kind of purchases?
Ishopforyou.fr can meet all your shopping and services needs. You want to buy a trendy swimming suit,
find a gift for your guests or to rent a tuxedo for the evening, we are there for you. You want to relax, get a haircut,
be at your most beautiful for a special evening? We will book an appointment with a hair stylist or a beautician.
We can also provide you with a chauffeured car, find the boat of your dreams for the holidays. Just ask us…

How much does it cost?
Our fees are based on personalized estimates. I Shop For You fees take into account the purchases price,
the delivery fees and the request urgency. I Shop With You fees take into account the length
of the shopping tour, the use of a car or a limo and the size of your party.

How do I proceed if I have an urgent request?
Call us or send us a SMS at +33 (0)6 77 91 30 15 stating your detailed request and please provide us
with the date and time of the expected delivery. We will contact you within the shortest possible time.

What ways of payment do you accept?
You can pay with your credit card by using Paypal, by bank transfer (we will give your our banking data).
You can also pay in cash if you wish to do so.

What are the delivery delays?
On the French Riviera, orders are delivered personally and within 24 hours.
In France, it usually takes from 1 to 5 days depending on the mailing service and the time of the order
Overseas, it usually takes from 1 to 8 days depending on the mailing service and the time of the order.

How do the shopping tours work?
We will meet at a place and a time that was agreed upon when booking the tour.
Shopping is done by foot, or by car on a simple request. Most tours are 3 or 4 hours in length
with a break or a lunch. You can take your purchases with you or we can have them delivered to you.

What if I need to try an item?
If you choose I Shop For You, we will shop for you. When we select items for you
(unless the request is very specific), we send you pictures. For those items that you need to try,
we make it simple for you: we deliver them to you, you try them on, you keep then
or we will return them to the shop for an exchange.

What if I am not satisfied?
Despite our best efforts to fulfill your request, if you are not satisfied by your purchase
we will return it to the shop without any charge.
